Do fans have to use Wicket programs?
No. Wicket programs are a service provided by the event organizer, and it is opt-in only and completely optional to use.
Does it cost anything for fans to use Wicket?
No. Wicket does not charge fans or users to enroll in or use Wicket programs.
What’s the Wicket deployment timeline?
Go-live timelines depend on available integrations. If all required integrations are pre-existing, we can go live in as little as a couple of weeks. However, depending on the nature of the event, we recommend deploying earlier to achieve maximum impact of Wicket-powered programs.
